Key Skills: Account Management, B2B Sales, CRM. Roles and Responsibilities : Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. Act as the primary point of contact for all client-related sales communications, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively. Collaborate with clients to negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service-level agreements, ensuring timely and accurate execution of contracts. Track sales activities, manage the sales pipeline, and maintain up-to-date revenue forecasts using CRM tools. Provide regular sales reports, performance updates, and risk assessments to internal stakeholders and management. Drive the entire sales process from pipeline generation to successful account closure, focusing on maximizing revenue and long-term client value. Work closely with cross-functional teams--including product managers, sales engineers, and customer support--to deliver a seamless customer experience and resolve service or technical concerns. Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion within the assigned client portfolio. Ensure timely renewals and proactively address potential churn risks by understanding client needs and delivering value. Experience Requirements: 8 to 15 years of progressive experience in sales, with a strong focus on selling products to IT departments within banks and financial services organizations. Proven track record in managing enterprise-level accounts, developing sales pipelines, and successfully closing high-value deals. Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals in highly competitive markets. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and decision-makers at all levels. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and sales productivity tools to manage sales cycles and client communications efficiently. Familiarity with observability platforms or related technologies such as cybersecurity, IT operations, or infrastructure monitoring solutions. Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret sales data, identify business trends, and refine sales strategies accordingly. Experience in working with partner ecosystems and managing relationships with resellers or channel partners to drive joint business outcomes. Self-motivated, result-oriented professional with a high degree of ownership and accountability in driving business outcomes. Education: Any Graduation.
