This role is responsible for ensuring that Product and Engineering teams consistently operate within the frameworks, standards, and practices that represent the Product and Technical Ops Operating Model and define how Coupa builds, delivers, and learns from its products. This role focuses on institutionalizing discipline without bureaucracy — embedding the playbooks, rituals, and accountability mechanisms that enable transparency, traceability, and alignment. Acting as a connective layer between Process & Practices, Data & Insights, Systems & Tools, and Product and Technical Ops leaders and team members, this individual will measure adherence, identify friction points, and drive continuous improvement through operational governance.
