-Strong understanding of costing principles, budgeting, and financial analysis.
-Knowledge of mechanical products, manufacturing processes, and industry standards.
Soft Skills:
-Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
-Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Certifications: Certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, or Lean Six Sigma are a plus.
Other Requirements: Willingness to travel as needed and knowledge of local and international logistics regulations.
- Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain
- Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the mechanical or manufacturing industry.
