Job Title: Sr Team Lead

About the Role

Sr Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage 

    day-to-day communication with stakeholders

    , ensuring requirements and updates are clearly conveyed.
  2. Oversee 

    Jira task management

    , including ticket creation, tracking, reporting, and workflow automation.
  3. Leverage 

    AI tools

     to automate reporting, documentation, status updates, and repetitive processes.
  4. Coordinate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  5. Provide 

    project status updates

     to leadership and stakeholders regularly.
  6. Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure timelines, priorities, and deliverables are aligned.
  7. Assist in 

    issue resolution and support activities

     as projects evolve.
  8. Maintain clear and updated documentation on project scope, features, and dependencies.
  9. Contribute to discussions on technical feasibility and solution design.

Requirements

  1. 5-8 years of experience in 

    technical project coordination/management

     or hybrid developer–coordinator roles.
  2. Proven expertise in 

    AI-driven tools

     (e.g., for task automation, reporting, communication, or workflow optimization).
  3. Familiarity with 

    Agile/Scrum methodologies

     and best practices.
  4. Strong knowledge of 

    Jira (or similar tools)

     for backlog and sprint management.

  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    , with confidence in stakeholder interactions.
  6. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  7. Programmatic/technical understanding to follow system design, workflows, and dependencies (no specific language expertise required).

Nice-to-Have

  1. Involvement across 

    end-to-end project activities

    : UX design discussions, functional requirement gathering, development oversight, and deployment processes.
  2. Prior experience leading small teams or mentoring developers.
  3. Exposure to CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and DevOps practices.
  4. Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence.
  5. Ability to step into a 

    Project Manager or Technical Lead

     role as the project scales.
