About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead hiring efforts across India. This individual will be responsible for driving full-cycle recruitment, leveraging local job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and others to identify and hire top talent across multiple functions. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the Indian talent market and excels in managing stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end recruitment for roles across Tech, Product, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success functions within India.

Develop and execute sourcing strategies customized for the Indian market using:

LinkedIn Recruiter

Naukri.com
-
Indeed, Monster, and local job boards

Social media, employee referral programs, networking groups, university engagement, and external recruitment agencies.

Write and post compelling, localized job advertisements that attract qualified candidates.

Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical/functional interviews with hiring teams.

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop role scorecards, and set realistic hiring timelines.

Track and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness, etc.).

Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with Indian labor laws and internal HR policies.

Support employer branding initiatives by contributing to content, events, and outreach activities aimed at increasing Yanolja’s visibility in the Indian talent market.

Build and manage relationships with local staffing agencies, RPO vendors, and other talent partners.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience

5–7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in India, preferably across multiple functions.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Proven experience hiring using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other India-specific sourcing channels.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, etc.

Strong sourcing, headhunting, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume, and remote-first environment.

Knowledge of Indian labor and employment practices.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in SaaS, hospitality technology, or startup environments.

Prior work experience in a multinational or cross-cultural team setting.

Proficiency in Hindi and/or regional Indian languages is a plus.

Exposure to recruitment marketing or employer branding strategies is desirable.
