Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization. Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc. Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlisted list of potential candidates. Ensure timely communication with both internal stakeholders (hiring managers) and external stakeholders (candidates). Desired Candidate Profile 4-9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field. Strong understanding of sourcing strategies including headhunting techniques. Excellent offer negotiation skills to secure best possible deals for clients/organization. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity. Candidate already working in Asset Management or broking industry will be preferred(Added advantage if you are a baniya)
