Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our recruitment consultancy. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for our clients across various industries. You’ll act as a strategic hiring partner to clients, sourcing top talent, providing expert market insights, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and clients.

This is a client-facing role that combines relationship management, candidate sourcing, and recruitment strategy.

Key Responsibilities:Client Management:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on their hiring needs, workforce planning, and market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to generate repeat business.
  • Understand client job requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Deliver on client SLAs and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle – from briefing to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
  • Source high-quality candidates through various channels: job portals, social media (LinkedIn), referrals, headhunting, and networking.
  • Conduct initial screening, interviews, and candidate assessments.
  • Prepare and present shortlisted candidates to clients with detailed candidate summaries.
  • Guide candidates through the hiring process, providing timely feedback and support.

Team Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Mentor junior recruiters and share best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on database management, marketing roles, and improving sourcing strategies.

Market Intelligence & Reporting:

  • Provide market intelligence and salary benchmarking insights to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on placements, pipeline, and performance metrics.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a consultancy or agency environment.
  • Proven track record of successful placements across industries or specialized domains (IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, FMCG, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, etc.).
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using ATS and MS Office tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience handling senior-level or niche roles.
  • Exposure to international recruitment .
  • Recruitment certifications (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter Certification, AIRS, etc.) are a plus.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
