Job Description

Assembling and Troubleshooting Hardware: Installing and configuring computer hardware components, including CPUs, RAM, hard drives, and peripherals. Diagnosing and resolving hardware malfunctions, including hardware failures, software conflicts, and compatibility issues. Networking and Infrastructure Management: Installing and configuring network hardware, such as routers, switches, and network adapters. Managing and maintaining network infrastructure, including wired and wireless networks. Monitoring network performance, identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks. Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshooting network connectivity issues and resolving user problems. Providing technical support to end-users for computer hardware and software issues. Collaborating with other IT staff to resolve complex technical issues. Other Responsibilities: Maintaining documentation for hardware and network configurations. Keeping up-to-date with the latest hardware and networking technologies. Participating in project planning and implementation related to hardware and networking infrastructure. Skills and Qualifications: Technical Skills: Strong understanding of computer hardware components and their functionality. Proficiency in assembling and configuring computer systems. Knowledge of network protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi). Experience with network troubleshooting and problem-solving. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures. Certifications (Optional but Helpful): CompTIA A+. CompTIA Network+. CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate). Role & responsibilities
