Job Description

As the Team Lead in this role, you will be responsible for supervising a team of 2 or more professionals. Your main focus will be on mentoring, coaching, and coordination within the team, which could comprise professionals, technical, and/or administrative staff. You will not have budget or hire/fire authority. Your primary task will involve designing, developing, implementing, and updating electronic data systems to meet the organization's requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate the design development, coding, testing, and debugging of new software or significant enhancements to existing software. - Liaise with technical staff to understand software issues and develop specifications to address them. - Evaluate, schedule, and allocate resources for development projects. - Investigate user needs, write, test, and maintain computer programs. - Prepare systems and address escalated customer complaints. - Develop suggestions for improvements and enhancements. - Participate in the development of software user manuals.
