Job Summary

Develop and implement solutions using Lightning Web component, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Rest API, Process Builder, Workflows, Flows and Validation rules etc. Perform configuration of Salesforce Service cloud application such as User Management, case management, Lead Management, Omni Channel setup, CTI integration, Einstein Chatbot Configuration. Analyze source and target data structures to plan and execute complex data migration. Conduct unit testing and ensure code quality. Design and implement salesforce security controls. Integrate LWC with Salesforce data and other systems, ensuring seamless real time data flow. Conduct unit testing and ensure code quality. Manage code migration across different environments using Github, ChangeSet and coordinate with Release Managers for version control and CI/CD processes.
