Job Summary

TDevops Engineer : Responsibilities: 1.‿‿‿‿Ability to Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce applications using Copado. 2.‿‿‿‿Experience on administer, configure, and optimize Copado environments, pipelines, and best practices to streamline development and release processes. 3.‿‿‿‿Automate deployment, testing, static code analysis, and quality gates within the Copado pipeline. 4.‿‿‿‿Manage and troubleshoot complex CI/CD pipeline issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions. 5.‿‿‿‿Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks (e.g., Apex tests, UI tests) integrated into the CI/CD process. 6.‿‿‿‿Work closely with internal and external IT resources to resolve complex technical and deployment related issues. 7.‿‿‿‿Monitor and optimize the performance and health of the CI/CD pipeline and deployed Salesforce applications. 8.‿‿‿‿Maintain data quality and integrity, potentially through automated data migration and validation scripts. 9.‿‿‿‿Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies that enhance the Salesforce DevOps ecosystem. 10.‿‿‿Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for CI/CD processes, Copado configurations, and deployment strategies. 11.‿‿‿Participate in technical design sessions and develop technical solution documentation aligned with business objectives, considering deployment implications. 12.‿‿‿Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation, focusing on their deployability via CI/CD. 13.‿‿‿Execute test plans to ensure quality delivery and integrate them into automated pipelines. 14.‿‿‿7+ years of experience in software development or DevOps engineering, with at least 3 years focused on the Salesforce platform. 15.‿‿‿3+ years of hands on experience designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce, with significant expertise in Copado & Jenkins.
