Job Title: Infrastructure Management Specialist Location: TechM Hyd HIC SEZ T2(4 5F) Years of Experience: 7 10 Years Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Management Specialist with a strong background in Infrastructure Support and a solid understanding of ITIL practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of our IT infrastructure. This role requires a proactive approach to problem solving and a commitment to delivering high quality support to our internal teams and clients. Responsibilities: Manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems. Implement and maintain ITIL best practices to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime. Collaborate with cross functional teams to design and implement infrastructure solutions that meet business needs. Conduct regular audits and assessments of infrastructure components to ensure compliance with industry standards. Develop and maintain documentation related to infrastructure processes, configurations, and procedures. Provide training and support to junior team members and other staff as needed. Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution to ensure business continuity. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements to the infrastructure. Mandatory Skills: Proven experience in Infrastructure Support, with a strong focus on troubleshooting and problem resolution. In depth knowledge of ITIL framework and its application in infrastructure management. Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper V). Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN. Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and their integration into existing infrastructure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Skills: Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA, or other relevant infrastructure management credentials. Experience with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python). Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements. Experience with monitoring and management tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds). Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and support. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
