- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience - 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience - 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience - Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team DSP (Delivery Service Partner) team's mission is to underpin Amazon's transportation network, handling all delivery types with scalable, innovative, and low-cost operations. As a seasoned Senior Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for owning and driving large-scale customer-impacting and long term architecture initiatives, defining and solving endemic problems.
