Sr. Software Development Engineer

About this opportunity:
Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions (formerly Cradlepoint) is building the future of enterprise connectivity through our flagship NetCloud Manager (NCM), a cloud-based network management solution trusted by global organizations to manage secure, wireless edge networks at scale. We are looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer to join the NetCloud Exchange Product's Portal engineering team. . You will help us design and scale UI that support high-volume, business-critical operations integrated with multiple internal microservices. What will you do?
Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software applications and features. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to best practices and coding standards. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members. Review code written by others to ensure quality and adherence to standards.

Participate in cross-team huddles to brainstorm ideas. Showcase ideas/designs to larger forum for early feedback. Maintain code quality in-line with prescribed standard. Contribute to common components library.

Ensure test coverage of components and application meets min threshold. Ownership of application and its uptime is very critical to business. Understanding and participating in scrum ceremony on a day-to-day basis.

The skills you bring:
Strong proficiency in UI development using native javaScript, HTML and CSS. Utilize the basic to build a scalable solution with or without library and or framework. Unit testing the application is a must and non-negotiable skill.

Hands on experience on React or Angular Js or Vue Js is a must. Knowledge on Ember Js would be highly beneficial to person.
Having experience in design a solution from ground up to production stack.

Contribute to system architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Optimize existing systems for performance and reliability.

Excellent communication skills are quite an aspect for this position. Cross team collaboration in both in-person and virtual setups are must.
