Sr. Social Media Executive

Job Title: Sr. Social Media Executive / Specialist

Experience Required: 1–4 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the brand’s presence across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content such as posts, reels, and stories in line with the brand’s voice and objectives.
• Maintain and update the social media content calendar to ensure consistent messaging and timely campaigns.
• Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions; respond promptly to build engagement and relationships.
• Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop creative content ideas and visual assets.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices to keep the brand ahead.
• Demonstrate a strong zeal to learn, adapt, and grow along with the team.

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of proven experience in managing social media accounts.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
