About the Role

Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Manage day-to-day handling of social channels, ensuring brand voice and consistency.
  • Monitor, track, analyze, and report on performance using analytics tools.
  • Engage with the online community, respond to queries, and build relationships with followers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create high-quality creatives and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices.
  • Run paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to drive brand awareness and conversions.
  • Identify opportunities for influencer collaborations and partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Executive.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, video editing apps, etc.).
  • Experience in running paid ads and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
