Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Site Supervisor located in Gurugram. The Senior Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction and interior fit-out process, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Daily tasks include supervising site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, managing project schedules, conducting quality control inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Senior Site Supervisor will also liaise with clients and designers to ensure that all specifications and requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in site supervision, project management, and construction
• Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes and quality control
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, and resource management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred
• Experience in interior design projects is a plus
