We are looking for a Sr. SEO & Lead Generation Executive to strengthen our digital presence and accelerate demand for our hospitality SaaS solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on optimizing digital visibility, driving qualified traffic, and building end-to-end lead generation funnels for the B2B hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical SEO) to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions
  • Manage keyword research, content optimization, link-building, and competitor analysis
  • Develop and execute lead generation campaigns through SEO, SEM, paid ads, email, and landing pages
  • Collaborate with the content, product, and sales teams to design SEO-driven demand generation initiatives
  • Optimize website and landing pages for conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Track, measure, and report SEO & lead generation performance using GA4, GSC, HubSpot, and other tools
  • Stay updated with latest SEO, SaaS, and hospitality marketing trends to ensure best practices
  • Work closely with senior marketing leaders to support MQL SQL pipeline growth
Requirements
  • 4–6 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, and B2B lead generation
  • Proven track record of delivering SEO growth and pipeline contribution
  • Strong experience with hospitality industry or SaaS platforms is highly preferred
  • Hands-on expertise with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.)
  • Experience with HubSpot, CRM, and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
