10+ years of experience in software quality assurance, testing complex systems, and ensuring high-quality delivery
Proficient in UI and API test automation using tools like Selenium, Cucumber, Rest Assured, Cypress, and Playwright
Experienced in non-functional testing including performance, reliability, chaos, and penetration testing
Strong understanding of agile development, including requirements analysis, business process mapping, and refinement
Skilled in test data identification, creation, and applying relevant test data management patterns
Hands-on programming experience in Java and/or JavaScript
Experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch
Pair with developers to design and enhance test automation solutions and improve coverage
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Bamboo
Familiarity with build tools such as Maven and Gradle
Knowledge of DevOps practices and experience working in collaborative agile environments
Experienced in test management tools such as JIRA, Azure Test Plans, or ALM
Exposure to messaging-based applications, service contracts, and microservice architecture

Apply a left-shift testing mindset, participating in early validation of quality gates and code quality metrics (e.g., SonarQube, Checkmarx, Insight scans)
Able to drive change by identifying areas of continuous improvement and challenging the status quo
