Sr Sales Operation Analyst

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be a key player in supporting the full Go-To-Market (GTM) lifecycle, collaborating with U.S.-based stakeholders to enhance operational processes and drive revenue growth. Your role will involve working within U.S. Eastern Time hours, engaging with global teams, and contributing to pipeline health and execution efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing operational support throughout the GTM lifecycle, including prospect and customer motions - Managing pipeline, territory planning, forecasting, reporting, and opportunity lifecycle governance - Partnering with Sales leadership for accurate forecasting, territory modeling, and quota planning - Conducting detailed analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities - Translating complex requests into actionable outputs for sales and GTM teams - Leading or contributing to sales operations initiatives and transformation projects - Designing and scaling sales processes while upholding data quality standards - Managing and resolving Sales Operations support cases efficiently - Conducting regular pipeline and sales data analysis - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on revenue processes and metrics - Generating performance reports, creating stakeholder-ready presentations, and monitoring KPIs and forecast accuracy Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in Salesforce, with experience in report and dashboard creation - Advantageous to have experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Clari - Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data validation - Experience in managing opportunity lifecycle processes, quote approvals, and deal desk workflows - Familiarity with CPQ systems, Gainsight, Clari, Gong, or similar GTM platforms - Ability to work independently in globally distributed teams and communicate effectively across different time zones Additionally, the shift timings for this role are from 6 PM IST to 3 AM IST.,
