Position Summary:

This position is responsible for driving sales objectives/targets and marketing activities for the assigned territory/markets. He will be responsible to work along with designated sales leader and work closely with Key Account Sales Manager/associate of principal companies for lead generation, actively engaging with customers by presenting sustainable solution to customer operational needs. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

v Administering lead generation, tracking information on new projects/opportunities, matching available opportunities in the market with company product portfolio and presenting the same as a profitable business solution.

v Responsible for management of regional business activities, setting goals, development and delivery of strategic objectives and optimizing regional business opportunities to achieve sales targets, growth and market share.

v Achievement against target (SKU wise, Network, Sales Promotion and % of SPA).

v Appointment of New Channel Partners.

v The purpose of the role is to implement the Sales and Marketing strategies and programs to achieve Market growth and Sales targets of SBP for all projects, contributing to Brand Building, raising the level of Customer experience and Market expansion for SBP.

v Regular contact and rapport building with Banks for Project Approvals, facilitation of loans as required by the customers, etc.


Desired Candidate Profile

v Engineering graduate in BSC/BE/Diploma in chemistry, electronics. electrical OR Instrumentation

v MBA in sales/marketing is preferred

v Should have a proven track record of 3 to 8 years of selling Analytical Instruments to WTPS/STPS/ power plants/cement/Beverage etc segments.

v We are looking for highly energetic, self-motivated individual to join our Sales team.

v Shall have proficiency in Microsoft applications such as MS word, Excel, Power point etc.

v Shall be presentable with good communication and presentation skills. 

v Able to travel minimum 70% of the time across region

v Valid driving license.
