Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Location: Ernakulam / Trichur / Palakkad / Malappuram / Kozhikode

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead and grow our sales efforts. This role involves building strong relationships with distributors, expanding retail networks, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the FMCG sector and the ability to mentor junior sales executives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in retail outlets, supermarkets, and distributors.
• Manage key distributor accounts, ensuring timely order processing, payment collection, and stock replenishment.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Provide guidance and support to Sales Executives to improve team performance.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase product visibility and sales.
• Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and share insights with the management team.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate
• 2-3 years of field experience in FMCG sector (non food).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing distributor networks.
• Must own a two-wheeler.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
