Job Title: SR. Sales Executive – B2B & HORECA

Job Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth across B2B and HORECA channels for our FMCG distribution portfolio. The role includes identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts and ensuring consistent revenue performance in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and grow sales across B2B and HORECA segments (hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, corporate institutions, and wholesalers).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, purchase managers, chefs, and procurement teams.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, focusing on volume, value, and product mix.
  • Execute sales and business development strategies as per company guidelines.
  • Identify new business opportunities, onboard new accounts, and expand distribution footprint.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and product availability.
  • Ensure efficient order booking, timely delivery coordination, and payment collection.
  • Work closely with supply chain, warehouse, and back end teams to ensure business cycle.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and account performance updates.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in FMCG sales with exposure to B2B and/or HORECA channels.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Good understanding of the Eastern Indian FMCG and HORECA market dynamics.
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage field operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & office, PowerPoint.
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred/if applicable).
