Telecaller

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Tele-caller to join our fast-growing e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with order-related queries, promote products, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote products, offers, and new launches.
• Handle inbound customer calls and address queries related to orders, payments, returns, delivery status, and product information.
• Assist customers in placing orders and guide them through the purchase process.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in system.
• Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and escalate complex issues when required.
• Follow communication scripts and maintain call quality standards.
• Meet daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals.
• Provide feedback to the sales and operations team based on customer queries and issues.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in tele calling, customer support, or sales (E-commerce experience is a plus).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Bengali. Hindi and English are desired.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer skills with MS Office and familiarity with CRM or e-commerce platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle challenging customer interactions.
