Job Description

The company is looking for a Business Development Associate (BDA) to support growth initiatives by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting digital marketing services. The role involves lead generation, client communication, and coordination with internal teams to close deals successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Pitch digital marketing services including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and web development
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital solutions
• Schedule meetings and product/service demonstrations with prospective clients
• Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead and client information
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and industry practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services
• Confident in client handling and negotiation
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
