Sr. Sales Executive

Job Description: Sales & Marketing Executive (Field Marketing)Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive (Field Marketing) to join our team. This role requires extensive fieldwork, engaging with clients, generating leads, and promoting our electric vehicles to businesses and institutions. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, skilled in building relationships, and capable of meeting targets in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and networking.
• Meet potential clients, demonstrate products, and explain benefits to generate sales.
• Negotiate and close deals with customers, ensuring revenue growth.
• Marketing & Promotion:
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor strategies.
• Promote brand awareness through field campaigns, exhibitions, and trade shows.
• Distribute marketing materials and explain product features to potential buyers.
• Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and dealers.
• Address customer queries and provide after-sales support when required.
• Gather feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Reporting & Strategy:
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance.
• Work with the team to develop and execute marketing strategies for business growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in field sales and marketing, preferably in the automobile or electric vehicle industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
