Sr Sales Executive

📌 Department: Sales & Marketing | Sub-Department: Floor Coating

• Postgraduate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or industrial projects

• Generate leads, qualify prospects, and communicate the company’s value proposition effectively
• Arrange and lead business development meetings with prospective clients
• Coordinate with Architects, Builders, Contractors, and PMCs for industrial projects
• Participate in regular review meetings and ensure seamless client coordination
• Prepare daily & weekly progress reports for tracking sales performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
• Independently manage accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Track sales activities and provide regular performance updates
• Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure timely payment collection

• Strong business development and lead conversion skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to build long-term client relationships
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
