Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking
  • Pitch digital marketing services including SEO, Social Media Management, Lead Generation, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and more
  • Conduct client meetings (virtual or in-person) to understand business needs and offer suitable service packages
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, quotes, and service agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, Ads, Graphics) to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and conversion goals
  • Maintain client data and sales activity records using CRM tools
  • Stay updated with trends in digital marketing to educate and upsell to clients

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing or advertising (2+ years preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsStrong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, Ads, etc.)
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
