· Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
· Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
· Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
· Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
· Follow process in CRM and prepare quotation and timing send to customer and regularly take follow up and Keep records of sales, revenue, etc.
· Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
· Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
· Develop entry-level sales executives into valuable salespeople
· Generate new business and be responsible for follow-up for completion of work.
· Be ready to learn new technical skills and upgrade your skill set.
· Focus on increasing services and reporting recurring revenue business.
· Develop go-to-market strategy along with the sales director.
· Focus on cross-sales to exciting customers.
