Sales Target Achievement Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned B2B segments (shops, showrooms, layouts, pharma shops, supermarkets, baby stores, etc.) Generate consistent order flow and ensure timely follow-ups for repeat business. 2. New Client Acquisition Identify and onboard new retailers, distributors, pharmacies, and specialty stores within the assigned territory. Expand the company's presence by increasing outlet coverage and active accounts. 3. Market Visit & Field Operations Conduct daily market visits to shops, showrooms, and pharma outlets. Ensure product availability, collect orders, check stock rotation, and maintain touchpoints. 4. Relationship & Account Management Build strong relationships with store owners, purchase managers, and decision-makers. Offer product training and address queries or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Product Merchandising & Branding Ensure proper product display, brand visibility, and POS placement at each outlet. Regularly update retailers with new launches, offers, and schemes. 6. Reporting & Documentation Submit daily sales reports, visit reports, and competitor information. Maintain records of orders, collections, and customer interactions. 7. Collection & Credit Management Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections as per company policy. Maintain disciplined credit limits with all B2B clients. 8. Market & Competitor Analysis Collect market intelligence on pricing, competitor products, offers, and emerging trends. Share feedback to support management decisions. 9. Coordination With Internal Teams Work closely with warehouse/dispatch teams for smooth delivery of orders. Coordinate with marketing for promotional activities and trade schemes. 10. Product Knowledge & Training Stay updated on product features, usage, pricing, and USP. Provide product demos or briefings to retailers when required.
