Sr Sales Executive

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving two-wheeler sales, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and mentoring junior sales staff. This role requires excellent product knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to deliver a superior customer experience that supports brand loyalty and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for two-wheeler models.
• Handle walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable products.
• Conduct test rides, explain product features, specifications, and finance options.
• Maintain strong follow-up with customers for lead conversion.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
• Prepare and present daily/weekly sales reports to management.
• Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for smooth delivery process.
• Train and support junior sales executives in product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Stay updated on competitor products, pricing, and market trends.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
