Job Description :-

CTC-18K to 30 k

Location - Tinsukia or Dibrugarh

Industry -Sanitary, Plumbing

Candidate must have experienced in the field of Building Materials such as Sanitary, Plumbing, Hardware or Electrical items. Candidates Should have their Vehicle & be willing to travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through client visits, cold calling, networking, and other platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers.
• Meet distributors and primary dealers on a regular basis.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Deliver clear and effective product presentations and demonstrations.
• Track competitors and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Submit accurate sales activity reports and sales forecasts.
• Achieve monthly primary sales targets through distributors.
• Drive secondary sales growth within the assigned territory.
• Ensure timely payment collection as per monthly targets.
• Guide and manage the on-roll sales team for consistent performance.
• Conduct weekly sales team meetings for planning and review.

Pay: ₹18,854.97 - ₹30,000.81 per month
