We are manufacturer of Water Tank & PVC Pipes. Requirements: We are looking for Sales Executives who should have experience in the field of Sales of any type of Building Materials like Cement, Paint, Water Tank, PVC Pipes or Electrical Products. Candidates is required to have their own two wheeler & willing to travel to nearby Districts. Candidates should have previous experience working under Distributor or Dealer Network of Hardware or Sanitary Stores. Freshers, Bank, Loan Finance, Medical Represenatatives, Automobiles, Telecome or IT Products or FMGC Experienced please don't apply. Job Description of Sales Executives Visit Distributors & Primary Dealers every Once Week to plan the secondary Working. Responsible for Monthly Primary target of Distributors. Responsible for achieving monthly Secondary targets through Distributors in Assigned Territory. Responsible for Increasing Retailers Network and expansion of business in Assigned geographical area. Responsible for monthly Payment collections targets. Implementation of Various Promotional Schemes in the Market to achieve sales target and increase brand visibility in the Assigned Market. Implement Marketing and Sales strategies to increase Sales of Distributors. Manage and Drive a team of on roll Sales Executives for continuous Growth of Business in all defined sales operation parameters. Conduct Regular inshop Plumbers Meetings & other Marketing activities to promote Sale. Regular Visit to Distributors & Dealers & their Sub Dealers or Retailers. Responsible for Shop Branding & Present Dealers Certificate. Implementation of Various Promotional Schemes in the Market to achieve sales targets and increase brand visibility in the Assigned Market. Responsible for distribution of Schemes Gifts or Occasional events or Gifts. Implement Marketing and Sales strategies to increase Sales of Distributors. Conduct weekly meetings with all the on roll Sales Executives. Audit Expenses of all the on roll Sales Executives. Eligibility: Freshers don't apply. Ideally an Independent and Matured Sales Field Experienced Candidate must be between 22-40yr Old. Only Sales experienced Male candidates will be given preferences.
