Job Title: Tele-Sales Executive – FMCG/Dairy

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Tele-Sales Executive with prior experience in the Dairy/FMCG sector. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, order booking, customer coordination, backend software usage, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for order booking, product inquiries, and customer follow-ups.
• Enter and manage orders in backend sales/CRM software accurately.
• Coordinate with logistics/distribution team to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain daily call logs, sales reports, and MIS in system.
• Build strong rapport with regular clients (retailers/distributors/institutions).
• Provide product information, schemes, and offers to customers.
• Ensure availability during weekends and festivals (as these are peak sales periods).

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication skills (Hindi, Marathi, English preferred).
• Prior experience in Dairy / FMCG sales support / tele-calling.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales/call targets.
• Strong computer skills – MS Office, Email, CRM/ERP software.
• Customer-focused, disciplined, and punctual.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant FMCG/Dairy experience.
• 2-5 years of tele-sales / back-office sales coordination experience.

Work Schedule:

• 6 days working (Monday–Saturday)
• No leaves on weekends/festivals (peak demand days)

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
• Performance incentives for sales conversions/targets
• Mobile/communication allowance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
