Key Responsibilities
* Call and engage with potential leads generated through performance marketing campaigns.
* Understand customer needs and confidently pitch relevant skincare products.
* Follow up on warm and cold leads to improve conversions.
* Explain product features, benefits, usage, and offers in a clear and relatable way.
* Maintain daily call logs, lead status, and conversion reports using CRM/Google Sheets.
* Work towards achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.
* Resolve queries and objections with professionalism and empathy.
* Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams for a smooth customer experience.
Required Skills
* Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus).
* Confident, energetic, and target-driven approach.
* Ability to quickly understand skincare product features and explain them effectively.
* Basic knowledge of CRM tools/Google Sheets is preferred (training will be provided for freshers).
* Strong ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
