Job Description

Role Overview As a Senior Sales Executive , you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting large enterprise clients across sectors into long-term partners for our loyalty and engagement solutions. Your core focus will be on understanding their requirements around loyalty program design, gift fulfilment, call center support , and related engagement initiatives โ€” and tailoring our offerings to meet these needs. You will lead client conversations end-to-end โ€” from strategic discovery to customized solutioning and commercial closure โ€” while working closely with our pre-sales, product, and operations teams. This role demands a consultative approach, strong domain awareness, and the ability to articulate value across both marketing and operational verticals. Prior exposure to B2B sales, pre-sales, enterprise marketing, or loyalty/CRM platforms is a ++ Key Responsibilities Identify and prospect decision-makers and influencers in targeted industries using LinkedIn, networks, referrals, and strategic outreach. Manage a robust sales pipeline via CRM tools, with clear visibility on funnel movement, lead quality, and conversion ratios. Understand client business challenges and design tailored loyalty and engagement strategies aligned with our solution suite. Lead end-to-end sales conversations โ€” from discovery, solution pitching, and proposal development to closure. Collaborate with the pre-sales, product, and marketing teams to deliver impactful presentations, demos, and proposals. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor movements, and evolving client expectations to shape relevant pitches and positioning. Represent the organization in industry events, conferences, and partner meets. Required Skills & Experience Exceptional communication, consultative selling, and presentation skills. A proactive and strategic mindset with strong business acumen and relationship-building capabilities. 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise solutions, or marketing services โ€” with a preference for loyalty, engagement, or CRM-driven platforms. A proven track record of handling enterprise accounts, especially in sectors like FMCG, Manufacturing, Cement, or Retail. Exposure to client-facing discussions, pitch decks, RFP responses, and pricing negotiations. Comfort with CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and productivity apps (MS Office, Google Workspace).
