Role Overview
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting large enterprise clients across sectors into long-term partners for our loyalty and engagement solutions. Your core focus will be on understanding their requirements around loyalty program design, gift fulfilment, call center support, and related engagement initiatives — and tailoring our offerings to meet these needs.
You will lead client conversations end-to-end — from strategic discovery to customized solutioning and commercial closure — while working closely with our pre-sales, product, and operations teams. This role demands a consultative approach, strong domain awareness, and the ability to articulate value across both marketing and operational verticals. Prior exposure to B2B sales, pre-sales, enterprise marketing, or loyalty/CRM platformsis a ++
