Sr. Sales Executive Aluminum Formwork Solutions

Sr. Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop

    and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the assigned region.
  • Identify

    and secure new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
  • Build

    and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and project managers.
  • Manage

    the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate

    with the design and operations teams to provide tailored solutions to clients.
  • Prepare

    and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Monitor

    market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure

    timely follow-ups and maintain accurate records of sales activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in

    business, marketing, civil engineering, or a related field.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven track record

    of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding

    of the aluminium formwork or construction industry.
  • Excellent communication

    , negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work

    independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel

    extensively within the assigned region.
