Job Description

  • Client Coordination: Manage end-to-end customer interactions post-booking, ensuring smooth communication and addressing all queries related to documentation, payment schedules, and handover timelines.
  • Documentation Management: Prepare, verify, and process all legal documents including Agreement to Sale, Sale Deed, Registration papers, NOCs, and possession letters in coordination with legal teams.
  • Payment & Compliance Tracking: Monitor client payment milestones, follow up for dues, and ensure adherence to RERA and other statutory requirements.
  • Handover Process: Oversee the final property handover process, including snag list clearance, possession scheduling, and customer orientation.
  • Coordination with Internal Teams: Liaise with sales, legal, finance, and project teams to ensure timely completion of all closing formalities.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience during the closing process, enhancing brand reputation and client satisfaction.
  • Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain updated records of all closed transactions and submit periodic reports to management.
