Sr. Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our fast-growing Audio Visual (AV) solutions company. The ideal candidate will be passionate about AV technologies, B2B sales, and client relationship building, with a strong ability to identify opportunities and deliver tailored AV solutions for corporate, education, and government projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and pursue sales leads in corporate, enterprise, education, and government sectors.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations of AV solutions (PTZ cameras, DSPs, AV-over-IP, conferencing systems, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business.
• Collaborate with the technical and design teams to create proposals, BOQs, and tender submissions.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated with AV industry trends and competitive offerings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering (preferred).
• 2–5 years of sales experience (AV/IT ).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of AV technology (training will be provided).
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within Delhi NCR for client meetings.
