Key Responsibilities : Monitor government and private tender portals (such as GEM, CPPP, etc.) for relevant opportunities in line with ADH’s services. Prepare, compile, and submit technical and financial bid documents within deadlines. Coordinate with internal technical and procurement teams for documentation and costing. Ensure compliance with tender requirements, formats, and eligibility criteria. Maintain accurate records of bids submitted, results, and competitor analysis. Follow up on bid status and post-tender clarifications or negotiations. Liaise with clients and government departments when required. Support the sales team with documentation, proposal creation, and project leads. Regularly update the management on tender performance and market trends. Required Skills and Qualifications : B.Tech in Electronics & Communication (Compulsory) Strong understanding of IT networking products and CCTV systems.
