Job Description- We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Tender Executive to join our Sales Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, preparing, and submitting bids and proposals, particularly in government and institutional sectors, in alignment with our core services (Networking, Wi-Fi, and CCTV solutions).

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor government and private tender portals (such as GEM, CPPP, etc.) for relevant opportunities in line with ADH’s services.
• Prepare, compile, and submit technical and financial bid documents within deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal technical and procurement teams for documentation and costing.
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements, formats, and eligibility criteria.
• Maintain accurate records of bids submitted, results, and competitor analysis.
• Follow up on bid status and post-tender clarifications or negotiations.
• Liaise with clients and government departments when required.
• Support the sales team with documentation, proposal creation, and project leads.
• Regularly update the management on tender performance and market trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• B.Tech in Electronics & Communication (Compulsory)
• Strong understanding of IT networking products and CCTV systems.
• Familiarity with government procurement platforms (GEM, eProc portals).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong MS Office and documentation skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and process-oriented.

Preferred Skills (not mandatory but desirable):

• Prior experience in handling government or institutional tenders.
• Knowledge of basic AutoCAD or network layout drawing tools.
• Experience in pricing strategy and vendor coordination.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
