Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Sr. Robotics Engineer – ROS2 & Autonomous Systems
to lead the development of high-quality educational content, workshops, and hands-on learning experiences in robotics, drones, self-driving cars, IoT, and related technologies. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong instructional design capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Content & Curriculum Development
- Design and develop comprehensive course content for workshops, bootcamps, and online modules in robotics, drones, self-driving cars, and IoT.
- Create structured, industry-aligned learning materials, including modules, guides, assessments, and project-based activities.
Workshop & Product Development
- Lead the design of hands-on workshops involving real-world robotics and autonomous systems projects.
- Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to demonstrate advanced technologies for student learning.
Student Engagement & Learning Experience
- Develop interactive, engaging content that promotes deep learning and strong conceptual clarity.
- Ensure all content is technically accurate, pedagogically sound, and easy to understand.
Research & Innovation
- Stay current with emerging technologies in robotics, AI, IoT, drones, and autonomous systems.
- Integrate the latest advancements into courses and learning experiences.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with program managers, content teams, and technology teams to ensure seamless content delivery.
- Support and mentor junior content developers.
Student Success
- Guide students in securing internships and placements in robotics and advanced technology roles.
Requirements
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in content development, curriculum design, or instructional development in robotics or advanced technologies.
- Strong technical understanding of robotics, autonomous systems, AI, IoT, drones, and related fields.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience with ROS/ROS2 (Robot Operating System).
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Ability to break down complex technical topics into simple, engaging learning materials.
- Prior experience with instructional design or e-learning platforms (preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently with strong attention to detail.
