DSA Channel Management: Develop, manage, and expand relationships with existing and new DSAs to generate consistent loan business. Target Achievement: Drive monthly and annual loan disbursal targets through the DSA channel across assigned geography. Onboarding & Training: Identify and onboard new DSAs; ensure regular product and process training to enhance productivity and compliance. Performance Monitoring: Track DSA performance through KPIs such as lead generation, login-to-disbursal ratio, and portfolio quality. Relationship Management: Maintain strong engagement with key DSA partners through regular meetings, feedback, and issue resolution. Credit Coordination: Liaise with credit and operations teams to ensure timely processing of files sourced via DSAs and resolve bottlenecks. Compliance & Audit: Ensure DSA operations adhere to regulatory guidelines, company policies, and internal audit requirements. Market Intelligence: Gather market insights related to competitor activities, pricing strategies, and channel movements to help shape business strategy.
