Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship & Portfolio Advisory

Build, maintain and grow relationships with HNI, UHNI & family office clients investing through PMS & AIF platforms.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients for product updates, portfolio performance discussions, renewal and scaling-up investments.

Ensure timely and accurate communication on portfolio insights, performance commentary and market outlook.

Business Development & Expansion

Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across PMS, AIF, and other relevant asset management offerings.

Work closely with internal wealth teams, channel partners and advisors to deepen existing client engagements.

Support product positioning and presentations for prospects and existing investor cohorts.

Operational & Compliance Coordination

Facilitate seamless onboarding, documentation, KYC, investment execution and investor servicing.

Ensure compliance adherence with SEBI guidelines related to PMS & AIF clients.

Collaborate with product, risk, operations and investment teams for client-specific requirements.

Reporting & Analytics

Track revenue growth, asset movement, churn, renewals and client profitability.

Maintain MIS, review portfolio trends and provide feedback to the sales head as part of business planning.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

510 years of client-facing relationship management experience in wealth or asset management domain.

Strong exposure to PMS & AIF product ecosystem – structures, regulations, performance evaluation, taxation and execution flow.

Experience interacting with HNI/UHNI clients and senior wealth managers.

Strong communication, client handling, presentation & portfolio review skills.

Preferred Attributes

Experience with leading wealth platforms, AMC distribution, boutique PMS houses or investment advisory teams.

Strong data orientation and ability to analyse portfolio performance.

Capability to influence investment decisions through structured conversations and advisory approach.

Educational Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business Management, Economics, Investment Management

Certifications such as NISM Series X-A/B, CFA level completion, CWM, or equivalent will be an advantage.
