Role Overview: As a Senior Relationship Manager in Wealth at Tata Capital Limited, your main purpose is to build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients. Your role involves providing expert financial advice and personalized wealth management solutions tailored to meet the short-term and long-term investment goals of clients. You will be expected to have a deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, and a dedication to delivering exceptional client service. Additionally, you will be responsible for business development, portfolio performance analysis, portfolio modeling, portfolio management, business analytics, financial analysis, and wealth management. Key Responsibilities: - Address HNI clients for investment requirements, offering a diverse product bouquet and superior service delivery to help clients achieve their investment goals through proper profiling and offering of debt products, structures, equities, mutual funds, fund-based real estate products, and other investment products. - Acquire and manage a group of HNI (High Net Worth Exclusive) clients by profiling customers, providing financial products to meet their needs, cross-selling to mapped broking clients, and enhancing customer profitability by capturing a larger share of the wallet. - Ensure the profitability of the portfolio by generating high income per customer, acquiring new customers through cross-referral, actively networking to expand the client base, and contributing to business growth targets. - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans for acquiring new customers in the corporate space, acquire B2C or B2B clientele, build a portfolio, execute successful micro-events for client acquisition, and collaborate within internal teams to deliver accurate and compliant investment solutions. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes that could impact clients" financial positions. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or related roles. - Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. - Proven track record of client acquisition, relationship management, and business development. - Relevant certifications such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent would be a plus.
