Sr. Relationship Manager

Objective

To strengthen and manage long-term client relationships, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive business growth through strategic account handling, cross-selling, and service excellence.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for high-value customers and resolve queries promptly.
• Understand client needs and propose suitable products or solutions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and client reviews to ensure service satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and service requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Monitor market trends to support business strategy.
• Prepare and present client reports and performance summaries to management.

Qualification

• Graduate in BBA / BCom / BA / BSc or equivalent.
• Post-graduation in MBA (Marketing/Finance) preferred.

Eligibility Criteria

• 3–6 years of experience as Relationship Manager or in client-facing roles.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage high-value clients and meet targets.
• Good understanding of CRM tools and MS Office.

Working Hours

* Fixed 10:30-8pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
