Role: Sr. US Technical Recruiter


Senior US Recruiter

driving recruitment strategies, leading critical hiring assignments, and mentoring junior recruiters


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the

    full recruitment lifecycle

    – sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding candidates across

    IT (Software, Cloud, Engineering, Product, DevOps, Cybersecurity, etc.)

    and

    Non-IT (Healthcare, Finance, Sales, Operations, HR, etc.)

    roles.
  • Partner closely with

    clients, hiring managers, and HR teams

    to understand requirements and deliver on time.
  • Source candidates using

    advanced recruitment techniques

    (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, networking, referrals).
  • Assess candidates

    for technical and non-technical skills, cultural fit, and long-term potential.
  • Provide

    market intelligence

    on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities.
  • Ensure

    compliance with client-specific hiring protocols

    and documentation requirements.
  • Mentor and support junior recruiters to achieve team goals.
  • Build and maintain

    candidate pipelines

    for recurring and future requirements.
  • Deliver a

    best-in-class candidate experience

    throughout the hiring process.
  • Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of proven experience

      in

      US recruitment

      across both IT & Non-IT domains.
    • Strong knowledge of technical skill sets (SDLC, Cloud, AI/ML, DevOps, ERP, etc.) as well as

      corporate/non-technical roles

      (Healthcare, HR, Finance, Operations, BPO/KPO).
    • Hands-on experience in

      end-to-end recruitment

      with high-volume and niche hiring.
    • Proficiency with

      ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment CRMs

      .
    • Excellent

      communication, negotiation, and relationship management

      skills.
    • Ability to

      manage multiple requisitions

      under tight deadlines.
    • Prior experience mentoring or guiding junior recruiters is preferred.
  • Position Logistics:

    • Must be authorized to work in India
    • Position Location: Mohali
