The Opportunity

This is a rare chance to join the foundational team and modernize an industry without legacy constraints. As a React Native Developer, you will be a key contributor to building India's first AI-native housing finance platform from the ground up. You will have an outsized influence on our mobile architecture and user experience, directly shaping how our customers, agents, and internal teams interact with our services. We are looking for engineers who think from first principles and are excited to build substantial, high-quality systems.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain the Weaver mobile applications for both internal and external users, including our agent-facing app and customer-facing features, using React Native.
• Collaborate within a cross-functional "Pod" alongside product managers, data scientists, and backend engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Develop intuitive, assistive user experiences (UX) that empower our agents and customers with guided workflows and intelligent nudges.
• Write clean, production-grade code with comprehensive test coverage, focusing on quality and maintainability over rushed delivery.
• Integrate with our Python backend via RESTful APIs to deliver seamless user journeys.
• Work closely with business teams to understand problems at the ground level and build solutions that have a real-world impact.
• Ensure the mobile application is ready to integrate with the India Stack ecosystem (Aadhaar, DigiLocker, Account Aggregator).

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in building, testing, and deploying mobile applications using React Native.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).
• Familiarity with native build tools like Xcode and Android Studio.
• Solid understanding of API integration, offline storage, and push notifications.
• A "quality over agility" mindset, with a commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• An AI-native mindset and a willingness to embrace new ways of working with modern tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to proactively surface blockers and honor commitments.
