Sr. ReactJs Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled React Developer with 6–8 years of experience in building modern, scalable, and high-performing web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ReactJS (hooks, context API, state management, micro frontends) and JavaScript (ES6+), with solid knowledge of front-end architecture and modern development practices. Experience with UI frameworks such as Bootstrap, Tailwind, and Material UI is desirable to ensure responsive, user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, performant, and maintainable React applications.
  
• Implement state management solutions (Context API, Redux, etc.).
  
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow.
  
• Write clean, modular, and reusable React components.
  
• Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth user experiences.
  
• Apply UI/UX best practices while implementing responsive layouts using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind, and Material UI.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve React-specific issues as well as front-end bugs.
  
• Stay updated with the latest React ecosystem tools, libraries, and best practices.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6–8 years of professional experience in front-end development, with ReactJS as the primary focus.
  
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), ReactJS (hooks, context, component lifecycle, performance optimization).
  
• Experience with API integration and micro frontend architecture.
  
• Solid understanding of frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn).
  
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and collaboration tools (Jira, Figma).
  

Secondary / Nice-to-Have UI Skills

• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, and custom media queries.
  
• Knowledge of SASS/LESS preprocessors.
  
• Exposure to cross-browser compatibility, accessibility (WCAG compliance), and performance optimization.
  
• Understanding of frontend testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.).
  
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for frontend deployments.
